Youth Activities:
Throughout the summer and school year, there are many youth activities taking place. In the summer, there are camps and missions trips. Please check the bulletin or call the church office if you would like to know what the youth are doing this week OR ask the office to be included on the youth Facebook page.
Sunday School
(9:45-10:45 every Sunday)
5th – 8th graders meet for special INTERMEDIATE lessons in the junior high room.
9th – 12th graders meet in the LOFT
Intermediate/Junior highs (5th -8th graders) and Senior highs (9th – 12th graders) can participate in lots of special activities outside of just Sunday mornings…. retreats, movie nights, special studies, mission work, camps, fun-days and much more! The activity calendars for the youth are constantly being updated… there are many things going on! Join the FPCLS Facebook page!

*Note: If Pleasant Hill schools are not in session, Wednesday activities will NOT be held that night.
Safe Gatherings Statement
At Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church we take the safety of your children very seriously. Children are not left alone and adults teaching or working with children work in teams and/or are supervised. All of our classrooms have interior windows so every activity is visible to others. Adult teachers and volunteers who interact with children receive training and we check their background with State authorities. If you ever have a concern or question about the safety of your child while in our care please contact the office, the pastor Dave Owsley or Nancy Lyngar our children’s and youth ministry coordinator.
