Sandwiches & Scripture
WEdnesdays at noon is a wonderful time to study God's Word with good friends. This informal group meets in room 300 for lunch and study. The format of the class si to work our way through a book of the Bible and alternate between the Old Testament and the New Testament. You are invited to bring your own lunch, an open heart, and all your questions about the bible as we discover truth together.

Thursday Night Bible Study
This class is a discussion group of all ages and experience to study different books of the Bible. We accept the Bible as the inspired Word of God and let the Bible be the interpreter for all questions. Come, join us and let the Word of God speak to your heart.

With All Your Heart
Ray Vander Laan takes us ona journey through Sinai and Israel, a region that is sdtill largely desert but at times filled with lush, bountiful places. We will discover how Jesus called people to live in the Promised Land. Waht can we learn during times of abundance and in times of desert. God led His people back to the desert oftent to relearn the lessons they ahd forgotten. John the Baptist and Jesus had powerful encounters in the desert. We will learn that the desert is where we are closeset to God. It is where our relationship with God is at peace. DVD and study guide (if requested)

Just Walk Across the Room
What if you knew that by simply crossing the room and saying hello to someone, you could change that person's life forever? Just a few steps to make an eternal impact. It has nothing to do with methods and everything to do with taking a genuine interest in another human being. All you need is a heart that is in tune with the Holy Spirit and a willingness to venture out of your "comfort zone" and into another person's life. As a follow-up to our September sermon series we will be offering an evening discussion of Bill Hybel's book, "Just Walk Across the Room". You do not need to hav eread the book to join in the discussion, but books will be available for purchase the last week of August.
