Hi! My name is Teresa Vaughan. I am the Director and one of the 4 & 5 year old Preschool Teachers here at Rainbow Kingdom. I have been married to my husband, Randy since 1987 and we have two sons Steven and David and  two dogs, Diamond a yellow Lab and a beagle named Daisy. I enjoy reading my Bible, scrap-booking, camping, relaxing with my family and gardening.

I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood as well as a CDA Certificate in Child Growth and Development. I have been director here since 1998 and I have been actively involved in child care for over 25 years. I believe the children learn through play and hands-on experiences and they need to be directed and encouraged. I love to watch the children learn and see them realize that they can accomplish great things. I am looking forward to the opportunity of working with each and every family this year.
